Required for this project was a total clean up and removal of approximately 30 tons of gravel and dust from a 70000 square foot flat roof. After removal placing of 2in of foam roofing material as well as elastomeric top coatings.

  1. This roof is older as it was built in 1984. Noted on roof is a severe lack of slope on 6 of 9 total sections. Corrected by using foam to create slope. Other challenges included close proximity vehicles and a working plant. Daily coordination with facility supervisors and surrounding companies to try and avoid overspray. Hope to continue to do more work in the future.
